Archiving Policy

The authors of Law, Identity and Values

- do not receive royalties from the publishers of Law, Identity and Values, and they do not pay for publication;

- are entitled to download and print the digital version of their article published in Law, Identity and Values;

- are entitled to publish their article without any modification on other websites.  

The readers are entitled to download and print the digital version of the articles published in Law, Identity and Values.

Anybody using any published articles in Law, Identity and Values in whole or in part shall cite the article in a way applicable to the relevant field of study. 

The author may not archive their manuscript prior to publication, but may do so after publication by providing a link to the original publication on the website of the Law, Identity and Values.

In the event of the Journal is no longer published or the website is moved or does no longer function, all journal issues are available continuously on the following website: http://real.mtak.hu/
