Archiving Policy
The authors of Central European Journal of Comparative Law
- do not receive royalties from the publisher of Central European Journal of Comparative Law, and they do not pay for publication;
- are entitled to download and print the digital version of their article published in Central European Journal of Comparative Law;
- are entitled to publish their article without any modification on other websites.
The readers are entitled to download and print the digital version of the articles published in Central European Journal of Comparative Law.
Anybody using any published articles in Central European Journal of Comparative Law in whole or in part shall cite the article in a way applicable to the relevant field of study.
The author may not archive their manuscript prior to publication, but may do so after publication by providing a link to the original publication on the website of the Central European Journal of Comparative Law.
In the event of the Journal is no longer published or the website is moved or does no longer function, all journal issues are available continuously on the following website: http://real.mtak.hu/
