Archiving Policy

The authors of Central European Academy Law Review:

- do not receive royalties from the publishers of Central European Academy Law Review, and they do not pay for publication.

- are entitled to download and print the digital version of their manuscript published in Central European Academy Law Review.

- are entitled to publish their manuscript without any modification on other websites.  

 

The readers are entitled to download and print the digital version of the manuscripts published in Central European Academy Law Review.

 Anybody using any published manuscripts in Central European Academy Law Review in whole or in part shall cite the chapter in a way applicable to the relevant field of study. 

 The author may not archive their manuscript prior to publication, but may do so after publication by providing a link to the original publication on the website of the Central European Academic Publishing. 

In the event Central European Academy Law Review is no longer published or the website is moved or does no longer function, all Series' issues are available continuously on the following website: http://real.mtak.hu/
