The authors of Central European Academy Polish Yearbook of Law

- are entitled to download and print the digital version of their article published in Central European Academy Polish Yearbook of Law;

- are entitled to publish their article without any modification on other websites.  

The readers are entitled to download and print the digital version of the articles published in Central European Academy Polish Yearbook of Law.

Anybody using any published articles in Central European Academy Polish Yearbook of Lawin whole or in part shall cite the article in a way applicable to the relevant field of study. 

The author may not archive their manuscript prior to publication, but may do so after publication by providing a link to the original publication on the website of the Central European Academic Publishing.
